For customers in the United Kingdom, we currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Amex, and Discover. If you don’t have a credit card, you can generate a boleto for payment.

I've never bought from this site before. Is it safe?

Can I use more than one discount coupon?
You can only use one discount coupon per purchase. However, there is a way to combine discounts! If there’s a seasonal promotion and products already show a discount, you can apply a coupon code on top of that for an even bigger discount.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
If your order contains a product marked with “free shipping” in its description, all other products you add will also have free shipping.


ORDER CHANGES

Can I make changes to my order?
Order changes can be made before shipment, which usually happens within 3 business days after purchase. Once products are shipped and a tracking code is issued, the order is out of our control and we cannot make changes.

I registered with the wrong email address. What should I do?
Just send us an email with the subject “Change Data” including your correct email, and we’ll fix it for you! It’s important to use an email you check regularly, as we send order updates and exclusive offers there.

Can you change the delivery address?
If products haven’t been shipped yet, yes! Just email us with the subject “Change Data,” and we’ll prioritize updating the address before shipment. If you contact us after shipment, we cannot change the address as the order is no longer under our control.

Once payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order. The average time to ship and provide a tracking code is 3 to 10 business days, which may vary during holidays and high-volume periods.

When can I start tracking my order?
The tracking code is issued and sent automatically once the product ships, usually 3 to 10 business days after purchase. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

What if the tracking shows “not found”?
Don’t worry! The postal system may take 5 to 10 days to update international tracking codes. Please wait a few days and try again.

When will I receive my products?
Since products are imported, delivery usually takes between 2 and 6 weeks, with an average of 22 business days.

Is there any shipping risk? How does your process work?
Delivery is safe and 100% guaranteed. Products ship from our distribution centers in Europe, America, and Asia. Initial transport is done by a carrier in the origin country until the UK, then the local postal service completes delivery.
